I’m not a huge fan of au gratin potatoes, but my mom made the best potatoes for Easter. They are so easy to make that I think I’ll throw them into my rotation periodically when I want to mix things up.
1 box potatoes au gratin
1 heaping tablespoon (more or less to taste) of Lia Marie’s Original Garlic Spread
1 heaping tablespoon (more or less to taste) of sour cream
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light French Onion
Prepare potatoes as directed. Once potatoes are done cooking, add garlic spread, sour cream and cheese. Cook over low heat until everything is melted together.
Note: Scalloped potatoes could be substitued for the au gratin potatoes but potatoes may not be quite as cheesy.
